A little field of wildflowers, full of color, movement, and life. High summer vibration.
This original watercolor grew from my love of the places where flowers seem to bloom without asking permission. Tiny blossoms, tall grasses, loose stems, and flashes of red, pink, gold, and purple fill the field, creating a feeling that is both abundant and peaceful. Inspired by Klimt and beauty in nature.
I wanted this painting to feel like standing at the edge of a summer meadow and letting your eyes wander.
Original watercolor on archival paper. 7 × 10 inches.
